Suggestions for a deep running walleye fly

I am looking for some ideas on tying a deep running walleye fly either perch, crawdad or crappie patterns.

The only walleyes I have caught were at Oneida on a crawfish colored bugger. I was using a sinking line and crawling it slow over a rocky point. So I am not an expert.

Any Clouser or other dumbbell eyed fly would probably work too. Getting the weight to sink it deep enough is probably the key. Be sure an wait and let the fly sink.

Hey idahopan fish while i was liing in twin there was a gentalman I meet out sturgeon fishing one day who took me out to salmon falls creek we fished sinking lines with brownish/red or green wolley buggars and knocked them accross the bottom and picked up 20 between the two of us jsut up from grays landing so i now its possible i think 90% is jsut finding the fish
