Did the show change times or dates as I haven't seen on for quite awhile?

Yea, it changed, it changed channels, it is now on KSL but the time is the same, 11pm Sat. I think it also comes on at 5:30pm. It also changed names, to "Outdoors".

Way to go Ralph on being this weeks winner of the Snap Shot of the week.

Outdoors with Adam Eakle is now on channel 5 at 11 pm on saturdays.
