<strong>FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla.,</strong> --- Targeted specifically for flats anglers and guides to pursue tarpon and permit, Hell's Bay Boatworks is unveiling a new redesigned and versatile 16', 4" flats skiff at the Ft. Lauderdale International Boat Show, Oct. 27 - 31, at its exhibit in the convention center.

The advantages to the new Biscayne are many. At 595 lbs (dry) it not only floats shallow with a seven inch draft with two anglers and a 70 hp engine, plus is super quiet when poling. HB designers emphasize the Biscayne provides a comfortable ride during rough water crossings, and superior performance in ocean swells while sight casting to migrating tarpon.

"<br />
With features some of the finest Florida Keys guides asked for and who helped with in the design phase, this could quite possibly be the best all-around flats skiff ever developed by Hell's Bay," said HB General Manager <strong>Capt. Todd Fuller</strong>. "It's an extremely stealthy boat for the wide range of waters anglers and guides typically face in the Keys and in other regions."

The 11-year old Titusville, Fla., builder of eight custom shallow-water performance skiffs -- from 16'4" to 18' 8" -- will showcase three more of its versatile and lightweight models at the show. A Marquesa (17' 11") plus a newly updated Waterman (18') at an attractive price are on exhibit at #2028 in the convention center. At the Bahia Mar Yachting Center (Land 1006B) HB's "Bud Light" Neptune, its largest skiff at 18' 8", is featured with the Miami Dolphins cheerleaders.

<strong>Hell's Bay's Pro Staff featured as well</strong>

<strong>Hell's Bay continues to ramp up conservation efforts</strong>

Hell's Bay's owners <strong>Chris</strong> and <strong>Wendi Peterson</strong> continue their passion for conservation projects giving back to fishing by supporting non-profit organizations that value the longevity of the sport. In 2010 the IGFA honored them with its Conservation Award for Industry Partners. Hell's Bay also supports the CCA, the Guy Harvey Ocean Foundation, numerous Redbone tournaments for CF research, the FishStock weekend in New Smyrna Beach, Fla., the retrieval of abandoned ghost crab traps from inshore waters and loans a huge aerated tank to many fishing events for the safe release of tournament fish. And look forward to seeing HB's skiffs in the third season on the popular Outdoor Channel's "Buccaneers and Bones" for the Bonefish &amp; Tarpon Trust, beginning this winter.
