Bear and Elk hunting
#1
This past fall I received some emails inquiring about some of the hunts I go on. On the schedule for this spring is Bear in Idaho. The Outfitter we go with offers a very affordable Bear hunt in an area where 80% of the Bears we saw were color phase Black Bears. I saw 25 Bears in 5 days and our camp was 100% successful. I took a beautiful chocolate Bear with a yellow V on its chest. Tags and license are available without having to draw. Next, we are returning to Montana for Elk and Deer. This hunt is on 14,000 acres of private land and has outstanding hunting opportunities for trophy Bulls. Accommodations are first class. Transportation is via 4x4 Jeep. Good guides and excellent food. Large Trout swam in the private, 90 acre Lake. Tags are guaranteed, however this hunt is for wild Elk and Deer, so plan on hunting! Email me if you would like to join us. Ghost
dixiedetectors@aol.com

Famous last words: "Ah Bears are too big and fat to run fast"

Hi Mike,
Our Elk/Deer hunt will be Nov 11-16 2002. We have guaranteed tags. Our app's/money has to be in around March 1st. The hunt revolves around the Elk migration out of Yellowstone Nat'l Park on the wintering grounds. Deluxe accomodations sure make it nice. The beauty of the area is worth the entire trip. A large lake and the Yellowstone river abounds with Trout, Ducks and Geese. Good Mule Deer and Whitetail hunting but the Elk are incredible. Area holds Bighorns, Mt. Goat, Cougar, Grizzly and Black Bear. Great photo opportunities as well. I only have two openings left. Good fishing, Ghost

Famous last words: "Ah Bears are too big and fat to run fast"

Some of the bulls that are wintering on the ranch are the kind we dream of. There are three 7x7's that are running together. I'm hoping to go out in early summer and hunt for sheds. We are going in mid November. We only have two weeks left for the license deadline. On the Bear hunt, don't forget the Duranon Permanone spray. If it gets real warm the insects can come out. Duranon is the best brand I've found. Ghost

Famous last words: "Ah Bears are too big and fat to run fast"
