the swells settled down but the wind was hauling all week, creating a short wave swell that made the fishing a little bumpy.
Although the new moon was Dec 24th the billfish bite got hot around the marlin alley, some boats hitting grand slams and multiple species bites. Mahis and wahoo were biting,around the town of Dorado dona eva caught a bull mahi 65#. Most of the action happened around the 8 to 9.5 miles and the water was mixed. Plenty of mackarel and cudas in the shallows.
