Havasu
#1
As you may already know FLW outdoors college bass fishing is coming to havasu at the end of February. Having never fished this lake before, and no prefish being aloud. My first time getting a line in the water will be the day of the tournament. I'm having trouble finding good recent information on the lake. My new teammate is fairly green so it's gonna be up to me to run the show, and i don't want to fail. The only area of the lake we are allowed to fish is from catfish bay to whipple bay. As of right now i don't have any sort of good game plan. From what i've been reading the fish should be in pre-spawn mode by that time, but i could be totally wrong. I'm mostly curious what colors the smallmouth key in on the best, but if you are willing to share more (Warmest water in that part of the lake, good spots to try, best lures, movement of the fish, etc) ANY good information would be so greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Weston Brierley
