Pineview Ice

When does Pineviews ice melt. There have been too many times where Im too anxious and go up with a boat only to find there to still be ice. [:p]

If my daughter isnt sick again tomorrow I will be heading up to PV when I get off of work....730ish am. I'll try to remember to post something when I get home. Went twice last week and ice was 13" thick still.

I fished it yes from 8am to 4pm was easy gettin on and not so much gettin off stepped through past my knee tryin to hit dry land !! Wont be long now ice will be gone out of the narrows 12in thick with only 2in of good ice will be history shortly ..Side note there were 2 diff groups fishing the open water between the buoys and the edge of the ice-also ice is pulling back pretty good out of the north inlet, gertsen bay and spring creek..
