Flaming Gorge report?

I was up there this weekend and the water temp at the dam was still pretty cold only in the mid 30s. And if you going after the rainbows like we were it is still a little early for the spawn. Though we did catch a few.

I was up there fri n sat water temp 38.7 slow on the macks slow on the rainbows but very good on the kokanees. The weather was crappy on fri good luck if you go I might be out there again this weekend.

Thanks guys! Sounds like its still pretty slow out there. Perhaps I'll stay a little closer to home. No use burning a bunch of gas for slow fishing. Fred K.
