Let's see, only two recreational angler rpes, huh? Ge whiz that's the same as last time. Let me guess who "Our" reps will be. Tom Raftican and Bob Fletcher, just like last time.<br><br>I say hell no, no more reserves! They bureaucrats have 86 of them now and they've had them for years. Have they bother to do any "Scientific Tests' to see if they are doing anything other than make some whack-jobs feel all snuggly, NO!<br><br>Just tell them NO. It's a BAD idea, it doesn't wotk and I for one am not going for this repeat.<br><br>They don't need MORE reserves. What "we" need is less bureaucrats with stupid plans that are not needed, other than to show that they actually do something to earn their inflated salaries.<br><br>Fire most of the lazty bureaucrats in the Calif.
