Am planning a trip with a buddy in about 1 1/2 wks. and since it's such a looooong distance, any help would be appreciated greatly. I really miss that place for smallies and just haven't done it because of, ----,lots of reasons.[frown] I realize I'm late again but I sure would like to try if it's moderately ok for my favorite bassies.[]

last year in july 1st-4th It was hot but some areas was hot fishing. Caught nice bass and trout from shore. If i had the money id go no matter what i love that place to much.
