Retrieving a p0sted picture.

Any help?

Some time ago I posted a picture on one of the fishing forums and then accidentally deleted it from my computer!#**#@*. Is there a way to retrieve the picture I posted and reinstall into my computer/picture file as a jpg picture so I can use it accordingly? I know I can copy and put it into my e-mail text but I don't know how to get it back to where it was on my computer.

what is it a picture of and aproximatly when did you post it?

I posted it in the Ut. General Discussion and the Float Tubing forums on Sep. 5, 2003, under My first LM brag (bass 1aJPG (60.6KB)). It was a large mouth bass on a dinner plate.
