Stayed in Slickrock, South of Bullfrog 20 miles, the evenings in the main channel saw some boils, and fewer in the mornings. They would shut off, like a light switch.

Question, the biggest stripper was the one in the picture at a measured 24 inches, what is the best guess on its weight?

I had most success on kastmasters, silver with either blue or chartruese, but I could cast far and somewhat accurate.
The biggest stripper came on a blade jig, silver and blue,
blade jig has the 3 holes on top, was by Heddon.

Trip was fun, fishing only moderate, but hey it was Hot in August.

No picture. 24" healthy adult striper should run 4+lbs. Love slickrock canyon but my favorite canyon on the lake is just around the corner, Iceberg!

Table says about 6 lbs. You could always weigh the fish with a scale if you really want to know [Wink].
