16 County Ecosystem Restoration Summit

Judge William L. Hendry Courtroom, 304 NW 2nd Street, Okeechobee Florida, 34972

The December meeting of the County Coalition for Responsible Management of Lake Okeechobee, St. Lucie and Caloosahatchee Estuaries and Lake Worth Lagoon has been rescheduled for Thursday, December 6, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the Judge William L. Hendry Courtroom, located at 304 NW 2nd Street, Okeechobee Florida, 34972. At this meeting we will hold the"16 County Ecosystem Restoration Summit" and invite representatives from all 16 counties that make up the South Florida Water Management District to attend and discuss shared priorities. Confirmed presenters include Colonel Alan Dodd, Commander of the US Army Corps of Engineers - Jacksonville District; Melissa Meeker, Executive Director; and Ernie Barnett, Everglades Policy Director, from the South Florida Water Management District.

Members of the Federal and State Legislative Delegations that represent the 16 Counties will also be invited to attend.

An agenda with any additional presenters will be sent to you as soon it is available.
