still no signs of ice n S. E.

yep no ice to be found here, maybe a few crunchy puddles in the mornings after the rains.

Sounds like the same weather we are having here in Ut. but is is cooling off a little at a time. If you had mountains as high as ours you might be seeing some ice but that is at or near 10,000 ft.[Wink]

bleive this or not, we have the highest and oldest mountains in the world, our problem is that they have sank tremendously over the past 5 billion years. most of our mountain range is submerged below lake supeior.

there is primice of crust for christmas. I hope no one attempts to walk on it. temps are due to drop in to the mid 20s by week end. if it holds up I may get on befor new years. not far, but far enough to catch a christmas bass. [:p]
