Hey guys new member to this site. I post on a few other fishing forums regularly and I'm always looking for others to share information with. I'm a born and raised Vancouver Islander with over 40 years local experience and have been a pro guide for 26 years. I'm also heavily involved with volunteer projects and fund raising for the recreational fishery and the restoration of salmon stocks and habitat.
I fish mainly for salmon and halibut but we also catch ling cod and yellow eye as well. I'll do my best to keep you guys up to date with accurate reports form our area. To wet your appetite I'll leave you for now with a link to one of my You Tube videos from the 2012 season.
I hope you enjoy these. I'm already looking forward to the 2013 summer fishing season and watching these gets me thinking ahead to new adventures.
