Lake Mead 2-5-13

Weather was beautiful so I skipped work to go take a run out to Mead. A bit early in the season, but there are still fish holding in pockets with lots of brush. Won't be long until they are staging for the spawn. Water temp is warm in the wash and I found a few fish roaming the area, and a couple very shallow. Water levels look good, lots of flooded brush. But I imagine they will be drawing down the lake just before they hit the beds.SMH

Thank you for reporting, Jdeuce. It would be nice if they would maintain the water level through the spawn. We'll just have to wait and see. [fishin]
