was out and about yeaserday and took some photos , but have to figure out how to post them , everybody was on the bigger lakes cathcing keeper pike crappie and gills . the smaller lakes weren't fished as hard with only 2 or 3 small groups on them , they seemed to do better . dunnam lake had a 24" l.m. bass pulled in . lake -4 , is a spring fed lake and had blue ice on it , that didn't stop the anglers from going out for the pike and gills , gills get big in this lake . a good hole will get you some 10" ones .
i have one " shame on you " to give out , at sugar springs some guys ( i refuse to call them fisherman ) brought in 3 stringers of fish , just for a photo by one of there comrads , and tosed the dead fish out on the ice . BOO!
ROSS LAKE HAS BEEN PRODUCING A LOT OF PIKE ! everyone i know has been limiting out .
it's warmer out today so we have a lot of fog , the kind that makes it impossible to hear where a scream for help is coming from , be carefull if your heading out .
