Montana Fly Fishing Trip Info wanted

I am planning a fly fishing trip to Montana end of June and would appreciate any tips for my trip. Good fishing spots, recommended fly's. Going to be wade fishing. Prefer out of the way spots.

I'm no expert on Montana, but I'm floating the Missouri for four days out of Craig in June and I plane to wade for a day or so afterwards. I'll either keep fishing the Missouri or drive down to the Big Hole and Beaverhead rivers near Dillon.

Late June and early July can be a time of high dirty water due to snowmelt, I'm told.
