Seaguar Knot
#1
The Knot comes from Seaguar Fluorocarbon. I use the Triple Surgeons to attach tippet to leader or to add tags, but I like this knot. Easy and strong. When you get to the point to clip the tags, leave one tag long for a dropper.

The seaguar knot is also known as the Lefty Kreh Tippet knot and Lefty Kreh leader knot.

Original descriptions and videos of the knot, from a decade ago, were done with two twists instead of three twists. For trout fishing I have always used just two twists.
