Guatemala fishing
#1
Recently fishing off Monterrico, Guatemala in the Pacific. Caught what our guide called a 'Brille'. It was a silver, blunt-nosed, thin-tailed, slightly yellow fish 20in long. What other name might this go by? Was feeding on surface and caught on a plug about 6in. long. We were trolling in an open wooden launch. The most exciting part of the trip was going out from the beach through the breaking surf! Fish was fun too. Only wish i'd caught more than one!

G'day their.

Without looking it up, this fish sounds like it might be a part of the trevally family andf especially if it hit a plug.

Was there any reef nearby? Look anything like this?

Burnin Thumbs!

Steve B
Mod-Lures/Baits & Oz Boards
http://www.demonjigs.com
