Strawberry on 5/2/13
#1
Decided to give ice off a try on the Berry and it was pretty darn slow. I hooked up with a very nice cutty after 15 minutes on a chub imitation about 8-10 feet deep on a sinking line. It was super slow after that, I only caught a few more smaller rainbows on chironomids at around 6 ft. There was still plenty of ice being blown around the lake. I talked to several other fly guys and no one was killing it. I was around the Mud Bay area.
