This will be the 3rd season. It has been used quite a bit but also taken care of. Stored in the garage, cleaned regularly and treated with 303.

Is this pontoon compatible with trolling motors? Looks like a mount on the ground.

when seated, are you sitting in the water? Bottom get wet?

Yes it is. In fact, even small gas (2 hp). As far as electric, I use 45 lb thrust but you could use larger, however the bigger the motor, the longer the shaft. The Motor Mount is an Accessory sold by NFO but many have made their own, You can even use a deck.
Yes you sit out of the water. We use hip waders. The bottom of the seat area is out of the water even with my Husband at over 200 lbs.
