Hi, I am new to this sport and web site. I'm trying to catch spec. trout and flounder at the flats and Holly beach in South Padre Island Texas. The problem is that I'm trying to fish in winds of 17 to 25mphs. Am I being unrealistic about doing this? marie<br><br>Think nice thoughts.

fishing 25 mile an hour winds! if ya ask me, I think you are a die Hard. Personly I have not had much luck in those kind of winds. I thought so but you see my hubby is doing the Kitesurfing thing and he seeks the winds of 17-25mphs so that's about the only time I can go flyfishing or baitfishing. Maybe that's why I havn't caught anything yet! marie<br><br>Think nice thoughts.
