Android GPS Fishing app Fishing Points
#1
Hello!

My name is Grega, im from Slovenia (Europe) and i am Android developer.

In the last couple months i have been developing the first GPS fishing application for Android. With this app you can find your fishing locations in open seas. Navigation is primarly made for offline use (no need for map in open seas). It also has option to use navigation with Google Maps, which requires internet connection.

You can save any locations, trotlines and record trolling paths. At trolling navigation, system guides you through previously saved path.

The app is very new, so it can contain bugs. All was implemented, like i felt the most appropriate. So, if anyone will try this app, please send some feedback, how it works in real use, or what and how could be improved.

If anything is unclear, i can explain in more detail here.

App works on Android based phones (2.3 and above).

Maybe some info: if gps on phone wasnt used for a while, it can take a few minutes to even get a gps signal. Also, gps accuracy can be bad at start. If speed is jumping on 0.0, then gps signal is not stable yet.

App was tested on Samsung Galaxy Ace, Galaxy S3, but there shouldnt be any problems on other devices. Maybe some can try on tablet, which i have no idea how it looks there.
