Flathead Lake in late July
#1
Wife and I coming to Flathead Lake w/o 7/21. First time trip and excited to fish in your beautiful country. Have boat w/down riggers and will target Lakers and also perch. Thinking delta area may be best bet, but reports said lower lake is better for the perch. Read the state information, have a map and good GPS.

Would appreciate any tips or advice on hot lures, locations, depth, speed, etc. A friend was up last year and said that the two hours before sunset was best. Many thanks

Get ahold of my friend Dick Zimmer in Ronan Mt. He owns the local tackle shop there and will hook you up with everything you want to know or use.
