Workshop teaches fish cleaning, preparation<br>and understanding of Indiana fish consumption advisory<br>---------------------------------------------------------------<br><br>Get ready for spring fishing by learning how to make the most of your catch.<br><br>Purdue educators David Osborne and Dr. Charles Santerre will present a free<br>workshop on cleaning and preparation of fish on March 21 from 6 to 9 p.m. at<br>SEPAC Farm, just west of Butlerville.<br><br>Learn filleting skills and practice your technique. Discover practical<br>methods and recipes to improve the quality and taste of common Indiana fish<br>species while sampling some delicious fish dishes.
