Chena Bait?

Found this great bait my buddy was telling me about! I tried it for pan fish and had pretty good luck with it! I guess its been around for a while, its called Chena Bait. One thing I learned it is pretty tough stuff(feels like skin). Have not found it at any bait shops. Just wondering if anyone else has used it and has had luck?

I am using Gulp, mousies and waxies.
