New to NE Georgia Mountains

Hello! I am new to fishing and to this area. I moved here from the Florida Panhandle where I was introduced to fishing. I love to eat catfish, therefore I love to fish for these critters. Just wondering where in the NE Georgia area (around Cleveland) one can find a good place to fish for catfish? I was just sitting at the computer today and thought there might be a site where info might be had..... and I stumbled on this site. Thanks in advance for any directions someone might point me to.

We catch Channel Cats and White Cats in Lanier. Scroll out on the map and toward Cleveland and there will be other choices for you to explore. Don't forget about County parks and ponds in your area too.
