I just caught the weather report. if any one is going on the ice they should concider being off by noon saturday and stay off all day sunday. a heat wave is going to set in saturday night and run through wensday. temps ranging in to the mid 40's accompanied with rain.

we may get a dusting of snow christmas eve on through christmas day.

there is no safe ice in south east michigan.

a woman and her dog went through in troy. only about half inch of ice. the dog went through and the woman ran in after it. they had to be resqued by police.

be worned and be safe when you venture out on the lake.....
