Thought I'd Check Out the Hard Water Board
#1

Good Golly Miz Molly,

Boy did this board come alive!!! Most Outstanding!

I noticed there was quite a bit on ice safety recently and I though I'd add my 2 cents, even though I'm in sunny southern California. What we here have come to look out for concerning ice!

1) Make sure you get crushed ice not cubed when preparing martini's on your 45' Bertram.

2) Check once in a while that the auto-defrost in your freezer is operating properly.

3) Avoid Big Bear/Arrowhead Recreation Area (7,000ft elevation) during their Winter season.

4) Call the place FIRST before you go to the ice rink to ice skate.

5) Buy a refidgerator/freezer unit that has the adjustable ice cube size feature.

6) Hold your popcycle upside down and hold it over your mouth eat it real quick so it doesn't melt on hands and shoes.

7) Check the DMV driving manual to find out what snow chains means.

8) Remember that blizzard is not just the name of a good stiff cocktail.

9) Make sure you have dollar bills for the ice machine as they don't usually make change.

10) Whatever you do, don't mistake those little building on the ice in pictures that are ice houses as out houses.

JapanRon's original jokes... thank you!

Our friends in Florida may have additinal suggestions!
