We had a few slower days just after last weekend's full moon. With that in the past the fishing has picked right back up again. Here are a couple of pics of a 4 hour afternoon trip on Thursday. We hit 10 chinook (King Salmon) landing 8 of them with the largest being 27 pounds. All taken very close to shore at Muir Creek and Sheringham Point. FYI many people pass their spare time casting from the beach or rocky points for these same salmon, and get them too. More and more anglers are now fishing from Kayaks as well as these fish hug the shore as they return to spawn.
