Left my place around 2pm for a small fishing trip with the next few days going to be busy. First off WARNING!!! HUGE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT [mad] by heber to rockport and maybe all the way to echo even there's only one lane open going to the lake or back. They also have a speed post saying 45 mph or double ticket. Just sounds like they're trying to fix the road before winter. Also around 10 pm parlyse canyon started to put up cones.
Fishing was basically decent caught about 15 bass in 1 '-10' from 3-9pm nothing big just 4-12" Probably had some decent ones on but they sure love to bolt toward the rocks.
I tried to go after the rainbows or browns with my new reel with type 6 line but failed once again to catch something or a nibble on that line. Was marking fish 60-80' most of them were between 20-40 ft. Believe I saw some perch on the bottom as well in 70-80' The mark was so small with no number above it's head.
