That is if you want to keep those little things in life that you some times take advantage of. Things like; fingers, toes, your nose, and any other thing that protrudes from your body. <br><br>Many of has herd that a nip of brandy will take the nip out of the cold and worm you up.<br><br>Well the truth is that alcohol will thicken your blood reducing your circulation. <br><br>Your Blood in the summer is your coolant system and in the winter your heating system. <br><br>Now if you slow down your blood system with too much alcohol you will cause your self to over heat in the summer and freeze in the winter.<br><br>This doesn’t sound right to you? Because you know that when you have a drink in the summer you feel cooler and in the winter you feel warmer. The truth of the matter is, your not feeling warmer or cooler, what you are feeling, is nothing, that’s is what alcohol dose. It inhibits yours senses so that you feel no pain of any kind.<br><br>Therefore in the summer you can possibly succumb to heat stroke, in the winter hypothermia and frost bite.<br><br>That little tingling you feel in the winter is the first symptom of frostbite, and your last warning to get inside out of the cold.
