13 fishing teardrop ice reel

Got this pricy reel and can't get the drag to work. It looks cool, but that's about all I can say.

Anyone else have it? Not happy so far...

Have two of them and my drags work. Have to adjust the dial on the right and then the star drag on the left. Star drag is tighter the closer it is to the reel lighter closer to the handle. They are touchy. Do a web search because this issue popped up for other fisherman last year. I have 15lb and 20lb test on mine on some lake trout ice rods which makes a difference.
