AC Seafood Festival
#1
Good Time Tricycle, The City of Atlantic City and the CRDA are excited to announce the return of the Atlantic City Seafood Festival on Saturday, September 12th, and Sunday, September 13th, on Bader Field in Atlantic City New Jersey. This two day extravaganza of fun, food, and entertainment celebrates the treasures of the Atlantic Ocean, while highlighting the East Coast’s favorite sea side city.

For the 4th consecutive year, the Atlantic City Seafood Festival will host over 50 restaurants and culinary personalities. This annual celebration of ocean eats gives attendees the opportunity to experience Atlantic City as a culinary destination. The Seafood Festival is a great opportunity for Foodies and food seekers to meet some of Atlantic City’s most unique chefs and restaurateurs all while eating their tasty creations. Restaurants are asked to keep their price points below ten dollars to make dishes affordable enough to experience multiple participants.

It is the Goal of festival producers to give event attendees a reason to spend the day in Atlantic City. Whether it’s trying local restaurants, sipping Jersey Beers, Paddle boarding, cooking with local chefs, playing in the sand or getting a proper wine education with Michael Green, you’ll find yourself lost in The Atlantic City Seafood Festivals and all that it offers.

The festival is not just a celebration of great food but also a great opportunity to mingle with unique exhibitors, local artists and genuinely unique human beings. This year’s event plans to be nothing short of entertaining and thanks to a generous grant from the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA) and the NJ Department of State Division of Travel and Tourism, the festival remains free to attend all weekend long. Attendees are encouraged to arrive hungry!

Over the last few years the festival has supported the Community Food Bank of New Jersey by creating our own version of a Chowder Cook off. In 2014 the festival and its restaurants raised close to $6000 which is the equivalent of $60,000 in food distributed throughout the Garden State. This year we plan on doubling that with the support of our participating restaurants and festival attendee’s one cup of chowder at a time.

Programming includes (but not limited to):
· Children’s activities
· Cooking demos
· Live music
· Local art and artist
· Wine seminars and tastings with Wine Director and Personality Michael Green
· The great Brews on NJ Tasting Tent
· Phillips Seafood Crab eating Compotation
· Chowder Cook Off Benefiting the Community Food Bank of New Jersey
· SUP AC Paddle Board Race

The Atlantic City Seafood Festival is September 12th and 13th, on Bader field in Atlantic City. New Jersey. Admission is free. Onsite parking is $10.
