Feeding habits that is, while some will feed only at certain times of the day others will only feed if conditions are just right.<br>· Fish pay close attention to what is going on around them at all times. They may not be the smartest bug in the water they do understand that life is a “eat or be eaten” in this primeval situation to which they live, and take advantage of every opportunity available to them.<br>· Different lakes will vary in some degree given the same weather conditions due to structure and available habitat and predators. <br><br>Making a chart, notating all the conditions around you will help you not only to know what kind of bug to use and how to use it, it will help you know what is biting and were on the lake you should be fishing and what depts. <br><br>After making these studies you will become what is known as the “O’l Timer”. And that is my friend what you call “Clout” when it comes to fishing. You will never go hungry.<br><br>Studying your fish is as important as studding your trophy buck in the woods, hunting its location, knowing its habits. Marking your exact parking spot on the lake is much the same as setting up your deer blind making your best view or approach with out spooking the animal. And stalking your trophy fish is exactly like stalking a trophy buck!
