Port Hardy BC Salmon Fishing

Fishing for Big Northern Coho out of Port Hardy in the First Week of September. My brother noticed a salmon jump off in the distance so we started to troll in its general direction. When we got over the spot we started to nail some salmon and it was a wide open bite for a short period of time. We got a little distracted by a Killer Whale passing by though. The best lure for the day was a green and white or army truck hoochie from Gibbs Delta tackle. This was our first time up to Port Hardy and I fell in love with the area. It is stunning and Wild! Perfect place for more fishing adventures!

Another great video, looks like a great day on the water, bet you are glad you moved to the coast, especially with the saltwater fishing year you had in 2015. Hope 2016 treats to just as well.
