Jordanelle This morning
#1
I got a call yesterday from a friend and he said we should hit Jordanelle. He has been doing well. We didn't leave his house till almost 7:45. We caught quite a few fish but the bite was pretty lite. Ended up bringing home 3 rainbows at about 12" and 1 19" rainbow. We each had one that broke off. We were only in 12 feet of water and they seemed to like a ratfinkee with wax worms. I soaked a nightcrawler for a bit but it never got hit. He caught several like mine in the 11-12 inch range and he caught two in the 15-16 inch range.

Happy Fishing

Nice pics -- can you say if you were at Rock Cliffs area? I haven't been there yet this year, but would like to try it, as we had done very well there in past years thru the ice...tks for the post...

Yes we were in rock cliffs. Its a long walk to the water for an old guy . There were a few inches of fresh snow to plow through pulling a sled.
