Fishing Lake Mohave - Sweetness!
#1
Fishing Lake Mohave was awesome for me recently. It's so fun to catch them in such crystal clear water. The come out with some really cool markings. Here's a youtube video I put together of some of the action we caught on film: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gry-T2cGcKs

Plus, here is a picture of one of the chunks we landed.

Go out and give it a try. I also put together a full report at: http://www.krakenbass.com/fishing-lake-mohave/

Hopefully, you can put some of these techniques to work and crush some toads!

Nice! When the weightless bite happens at Mohave it's really a lot of fun. You got all the "standards"for Mohave spring baits.

You fish north or south of Cottonwood...I'm thinkin' north judging from the photos.

Tried Mohave on Friday and Saturday 3/18 and 19. Very tough bite. Got a few pecks on Saturday going upstream but they would not commit. Got no bites on Saturday. Saw largemouth cruising in the very back of shallow coves and very spooky on Friday and Saturday. Dock consensus was it was a very tough bite.
