Willard Sunday
#1
My wife and I spent about 4 hours on the water at Willard on Sunday afternoon. We trolled along the South and West dikes without a hit. Then we tried drifting with the wind with mussels in a about 14-16 ft. I was using a spit shot and she was just letting is float along somewhere in 2-6 foot depth range. She caught two big wipers before I could get my split shot off and then I caught a third. Water temp was reading 56 degrees. We floated past the school and that was it for the day. Heck of a nice day and a couple of tasty fish. A great start to the season.

Glad to hear someone else had a little luck on Sunday.
