Marsh Creek State Park

I will be on a 3 week business trip in October (coming from Utah), and I noticed that Marsh creek state park is super close to where I will be staying. How is the fishing here and what should I prepare for/know before attempting it? are there any other good places to hit up while I am out there? Any and all advice will be greatly appreciated.
