Where's the bait

We went out Saturday to Lake Mead and got 6 monster Shad.
Some other NSC members were out on Sunday. Seems like the bait situation is a lot like last winter.

Even the pond is barren.

Saw some guys on Saturday that had live bait and think they hit 5he pond before us and loaded up.

Bummer. Was feeling the itch to hit the lake sooner than later and that news doesn't work too well [:/]

[cool]I was out this past Monday and saw no bait in government wash. Talked to a couple guys in a boat and they too hadn't seen any bait even in vegas wash.
I was still able to catch a few for tacos on lures.
