The Venice area is called Louisiana Sportsman’s Paradise for a good reason: it is one of the best fishing spot in the world! I have been fishing the area since 1991. Open all year around for light tackle saltwater fishing, I target Reds and Trout but you may catch Cobia, Black Drum, Flounder, Jack Crevalle… My lodge is also open all year long and can sleep 16 people, fishing with me or not.
