These guys bring up a good point. The waders size charts are pretty dead on. The only discrepancy might be in the foot/bootie, that will/may require a larger shoe.
For the most part however, if the bootie on the wader is a good fit, then you should be able to buy the shoe in your size as they do allow for the neoprene in most cases. If that bootie is a little big however, you will need a bigger shoe. My bootie is actually at least 2 sizes too big (men's waders) and I had to buy my shoe two sizes bigger.
