How deep are the trout going to be in the spring after the lakes ice out? What have you caught them on?[cool]

mOST OF OUR SPRING TROUT ARE RAINBOWS AND THEY ARE IN SPAWN MODE IN MOST LAKES SO THEY ARE VERY SHALLOW. Stupid caps lock[pirate]
Anyway, Power Bait, salmon eggs, spinners, worm/marshmallows, rapalas, and flies catch the majority up this way.

around here they're usually shallow and will hit most minnow imitations. I personally like the panther martin spinners except in a few specific spots where I will go for a CD Rapala or Kastmasters.

I do a lot of fishing and I also have stories to tell. Don't take it as a drop! I'll be back with other articles. You want me talk about fishing in Europe, Australia or which would you preffer? I will be back with my contributions to this forum. Right now it's true. I was trying to tell you about my new floats..

Until than, MrGrey.
